ROADTRIP!!!
So with all of us bundled into our Van. OK it isn’t really a road trip .. only a 45 minutes drive to the Airport before we check in .. but what the heck. The fun had already started , and so it was, 11 of us rambling down the northsouth highway, cramped into the Mercedes Van which we hired.
Some would ask, why get a Van? Isn’t it cheaper if we took the Express Rail Link ( ERL) or better known as the KLIA Express. We did the maths. A return trip would cost us RM 70 each ==> to about RM 770 for a return trip. This mercedes Van only cost us RM 380 for a return trip, including midnight charges for our return journey. The last ERL train would be at 1 am , and we would have likely missed that after our return flight. A saving of RM 390 was too good to resist anyway
Well from these photos, you can see the eagerness painted on all our faces. All already in holiday mood despite the early morning. The trip took approximately 45 minutes, and there was nothing spectacular happening along the way. Everyone checked if they brought their passports with them .
In 45 minutes, we were unloading our bags at the Airport Check In lounge, queing up to get our Boarding Pass………. (Damn I realised.. my photo is missing!!!)
